When we arrived there were over 7 staff members standing at the front chatting and we remained ungreeted for over 5 minutes. Finally a staff member coming from that back saw us and we were seated right after. Once seated on patio our server asked the host if he could get another server for us because her boyfriend had just arrived. As we waited to be greeted we had to witness her boyfriend grope her butt which is highly unprossional in the work place. After this we continued to wait on the patio for 10 minutes without being approached I myself work in the service industry so I’m understanding but this was just poor service at best.
