  In June of 2016, I took my vehicle to have its radiator leak stopped and repaired. This had been the third time I had been to Scotts for this reason. Even though the mechanic said that it was fixed each time, it was still leaking on the driveway. This last time, the mechanic said word for word...."It's just a small leak". So, did he fix it? Obviously, NOT!! But I was charged for it!!
  In July, 2016, our beloved husky became weak, listless and very ill. The Vet said it looked like a classic case of radiator fluid poisoning. He was in so much pain and finally our son had to have him put down. It was our son's precious dog....such a wonderful dog!!
  This is so painful for me, that I haven't been able to text anything until now. SCOTT'S on 34th Street in Lubbock ,Texas is an over-rated auto repair company who employs inferior, irresponible mechanics. Our daughter was overcharged for sevices as well and got a run-around, saying they repaired something when they had not and overcharged her for it!!
  Needless to say, this has caused a rift between our son and myself and much sadness to both of us. I hope one day he can forgive me for my participation in this neglect of allowing someone else to make a decision for me that has caused our son, our family and myself so much pain. I did call and talk with Reuben, the manager, and told him what happened. All he said was, " I'm sorry"!! That's it????????
  If I could give it, SCOTTS rating from me would be a NEGATIVE, yes, NEGATIVE ---1000!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!
  I later took my vehicle to a reputable mechanic who showed me (and I saw it) a big crack in the radiator!! But that did not bring our precious Sammy back!!
  So, Scotts CHARGED ME FOR DOING NOTHING......AND MORE IMPORTANTLY, CAUSED THE DEATH of a precious, living soul!! LOOK in the Complete Jewish Bible or any Bible, Genesis 1:29-30.
  ANIMAL PROTECTION AGENCY, I hope you are seeing this!!
  Yes, I have forgiven. I just think Scotts should not be let off the hook. Justice always comes, now or later!! We are all accountable for our actions, responses and decisions. I have been hoping that Scotts or Reuben, the manager, would have enough guts to at least refundmwhat I was charged for no repairs!!
  Oh, That's so naive of me!! I forgot, they are in auto repair, not in customer service with an "H", for Honesty!!!!!!!!
  Be smart. Take your vehicle to a reputable mechanic!!
