  I'm a caretaker for my grandfather so I deal with multiple doctors on a daily basis but I have never had problems with anyone like the problems I've had with the Male nursing staff that called us back. That's because there one of the only doctors office that dosent take there own calls. Just sad and unprofessional l. They are very aware that they are one of the few business that do what they do so I just guess that's gives them reason to treat people like crap. I'm just so surprised because that man wasnot only rude to me he was rude to my grandmother who was just worried about her husband. But I guess that's unacceptable at dr. Sabounis. I would call and complain but there is no process todo so. Nobody in any business establishment has ever been that ugly to a 75 year old lady. I hope he feels really big. But I just hope other caretakers and family members that care for there loves ones reads this before ever considering going to Dr sabouni.
