  This place is pretty pricey when items are directly compared to Party City. They do have a few things cheaper, but most of the items we looked for were at least 20% more. The biggest issue was the staff, they simply don't care. We waited 15 minutes for someone to come work the front cashier while we waited in line. After 10 minutes we asked someone at the balloon counter if they could come help and they told us "no, I am too busy. See if someone else can do it." It took a few to find another employee as they had all huddled up in another area to chat instead of work. She seemed friendly enough once she came over and ran the register, but 15 minutes of no employee running the main register was insane. I won't bother with this place again.
