  Built a custom Texas Tech ring that is fantastic. Did the whole process from long distance. Alan was awesome and sent me several images via email, added his expertise and knowledge to help create my perfect ring. Came through with early delivery and everything matched exact specifications.   My fiancée and I went to several local jewelers to look at engagement rings. J. Keith's was by far the most friendly and transparent jewelry store we came across. They really try and build a relationship with you so they can serve you better. Even after the purchase and everything was complete, they still remember me and my fiancée. First class service and products! This is the only jeweler in the Lubbock area I will use.
