  I have been following Dr. Helton for I think 9-10 years now for chiropractic care. I injured my neck from a construction accident. After months of discomfort, I visited Dr. Helton. He immediately could tell from the posture in my shoulders I was in need of care. His staff did some X-RAYS and he confirmed the problem.
  
  After he determined our approach, we proceeded with his recommendation. The nagging discomfort really changes your personality, mood, and lifestyle. I am more than glad I followed through with what he proposed for me.
  
  If you are in construction please take it from me, cortisone shots or surgery should be your last consideration. With some recent background in Safety Management, companies rely on Workers comp recommendations during back injuries. They will put you through Physical therapy before they recommend a cortisone shot if it doesn't get better. Six months later you are in worse shape than before the shot. I have seen to many of my co-workers suffer from workers comp protocol solutions.
  
  Sorry for the long post. I don't trust the above for a solution. I trust Dr. Helton and his professional staff.
