  I was on a trip and passed through Lubbock and have a vehicle problem and happen to call this dealer.
  I spoke with a gentleman named Glenn. Explained what was going on on a Friday at 6pm and wasn't able to drive to the dealership until the next day.
  Glenn is the type of individual who I would always like helping me. He's listen to my issue, recommended I come in and he said he'd make sure I could talk to a technician.
  The next day I was there shortly after they opened.
  I met Glenn, hard to not remember him as he's not a native of Lubbock.
  I worked with him and a Service Manager to get a tech and troubleshoot what was going on.
  I know most dealerships generally do this only via an appointment or do the'best they can', however here they did more.
  If you need help, this is the best place.

  They fit me into their schedule
  Great experience
  Best helpful and friendly staff
  Ask for Glenn he will take care of you.
