  I have lived in Lubbock for over 30 years, and in numerous complexes across the city. I can safely say, that in the 30 years of my rental history, Deerfield Village is by far the best property I have ever lived at. The grounds are tended to on a daily basis by their staff as well as professional landscaping crews. The maintenance staff is top notch, and anything I have needed, has been attended to the same day. The office staff is awesome, and they know my name. They cross the parking lot to come see me when I am out walking Didi--I think they actually come to see her, not me :) Having a pit bull, it is extremely difficult in this town to find a complex that will allow her. She loves the dog park and seeing the other animals. You would think with all the pets here, the grounds would be a mess. Drive thru any time, and see it with your own eyes. It's immaculate. The neighbors are friendly and respect one another. I am confident in saying I live in the best apartment complex in town, hands (paws) down.
